Clean room. Cash deposit returned at checkout. Comfortable bed. Clean white linens. Parking right outside of the room. Ice machine was clean. Ice machine is on the second floor. Friendly staff. Good rates for holiday weekend. No elevator. No pool. No hot breakfast. Breakfast was granola bars, individual wrapped muffins, bottles of juice and coffee in a carafe. Not close to the oceanfront! About 7 minutes to the state park with bay beach access. Good restaurants in the area.

I stayed here for a week while I was waiting to move into a new place. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were extremely clean the room I was in look to be recently remodeled. I honestly hated to leave. I enjoyed my stay here very much the bed slip comfortably. Really hate to check out this morning.! this place isn’t like a Hilton but for what it is, it’s a five-star establishment

You’ll be surprised! Don’t drink the coffee but the bedding, pillows, shower curtains and towels appeared to be new and clean. Housekeeping will clean your room everyday, which does not happen at the resorts. For the price, it was a good deal for us and within walking distance to a Food Lion and Dunkin Donuts. Super quiet and not crowded with cars and people. Room was decent.

I was worried because I didn’t look at the reviews until after we booked the room. I don’t know what they were talking about because we had a great experience. Staff were friendly and didn’t bother us. I heard nothing from any other paying customers. It was actually very quiet and the motel was full. The rooms were very clean and I did not see any bugs at all. (I definitely looked for them). When we went out during the day staff came in and cleaned up and refreshed our room. I highly recommend this place. The price was very reasonable also!

Ended up needing an affordable place to lay my head down for a few days and this spot was just right Negative side? Not much really unless you really are a picky person Positive side. Quite area, other guest where also quite, so that was a bonus…also there a Mexican, takeout Chinese, Taco Bell, Arby’s and food lion are all in walking distance and in the same shopping center. The staff was nice and the rooms where clean…what more could you want for an affordable stay

The stay here was pleasant. I had a non-smoking double room. The room smelled clean and was a comfortable temperature. The beds were very comfortable and if I could I would have Purchased the pillows they used. The only issues I had was the stopper for the bathtub leaked by so i was unable to relax in a hot bath. Also, the coffee pot did not function. I would stay here again. The above issues were received by the staff and seemed liked they would be fixed for the next person.

For a budget hotel this place is the best friendly staff and the rooms are very clean and sanitary

Needs a little love but I expected worse. Stayed here five nights in a king efficiency6 coffee. The good.... I Never saw a bug, fast internet, easy parking, friendly front desk, good water pressure, quiet, no bad smells, and nice furniture. I will be coming back to this place, and don't mind paying extra for the kitchenette. Great stay overall.
